These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between CCB ("Counselling Board", "We", "Our", "Us") and the individual students requesting educational counselling for Higher Education ("Client","Student","Parents","Gaurdian", "You", "Your"). By engaging in our counseling services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
We offer educational counselling services to help students enroll in for Higher Education (Graduation and Post Graduation). The specific scope of services provided will be outlined in the individual counselling or service agreement.

2. Confidentiality
All information shared by the Student/Parents/Gaurdian during counselling sessions will be kept confidential. We will not disclose any personal, academic, or career information to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

3. Counselling Fees
The Client does not has to pay any fees for educational counselling.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If the Client or Counselling Board needs to cancel or reschedule any counselling, the following conditions apply:
• Counselling schedule cancellation can be done any time by the students.
• Counselling Sessions may be rescheduled by Counselling Board because of any declared public holiday / any public holiday declared in short notice by the Government or as per scheduled by CCB.

6. Client Responsibility
• The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information related to their academic background, goals, and other relevant factors to ensure effective counselling.
• The Client agrees to follow all recommendations and advice provided by the Counsellor but understands that the Counsellor cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as acceptance into a particular educational institution.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and documents provided during counselling sessions are the intellectual property of the Counselling Board. Student/Parents/Gaurdian agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Counsellor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from decisions made based on the counselling services. The Student/Parents/Gaurdian understands that educational outcomes are influenced by various factors outside the Counsellor’s control.

9. Compliance with Laws
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to the services provided.

10. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through [mediation/arbitration], and the venue for dispute resolution will be [jurisdiction or location].

12. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for failure or delay in performance of our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

13. Termination
Both the Counsellor and the Student/Parents/Gaurdian have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. In the event of Student/Parents/Gaurdian, the Client will be responsible for any fees incurred up to the date of termination.

14. Acceptance of Terms
