• •Age Proof Certificate (Birth Certificate/Matric/10th Admit Card).
• •Marks sheet of last examination.
• •Cast certificate (if applicable) from the competent authority.
• •Domicile Certificate/ Residential Certificate.
• •Passport size 8 photographs.
